Holiday Home Villa ETI is a combination of old and new architecture built combining traditional stone materials and modern PVC joinery with large glass rooftops and Venetian blinds. Holiday home have a 130 m2 home space and 300 m2 garden with open terrace.

Holiday Home has its own access road and its own parking.

It is equipped with a top bar that has an ice maker, a dishwasher, a built-in fridge in an inox bar. SAT TV, two toilets (male and female especially) bathroom with toilet, kitchen, wardrobe room and open space for sleeping for 6 people plus 1, which are visually reclined with furniture for wardrobes.

The holiday home also has its own fireplace where traditional food can be stored on fire. The house also has a storage room and an outdoor sink near the fireplace as a summer kitchen.
